Five killed, two injured in Karachi incidents

KARACHI: Five people were killed and two others injured in the city on Tuesday. A man, Abdul Aziz, 35, was shot dead in Photo Lane in Lyari by unidentified gunmen. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for medico-legal formalities.

A young woman, Naseeba Khatun, 20, daughter of Peerbal, was axed to death at her home near Maro Farm in Jahan Chitra Goth in Baldia Town. The body was shifted to CHK for an autopsy.

An unidentified woman, aged 30, was found beaten to death at her house in Quaid-e-Azam Colony in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. The body was brought to CHK for medico-legal formalities.

A man, Yaseen, 44, son of Abdul Jabbar, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Korangi Crossing. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for an autopsy.

A man, aged 60, was wounded in a car accident near Do Talwar in Clifton. The injured was brought to JPMC for treatment.

A man, Younis, 60, son of Abdullah, was shot dead near Electronics Market in Baldia No 12. The injured was shifted to CHK for treatment.
