PIMA starts medical relief


KARACHI: Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) established a medical camp in Mithi, Tharparkar for drought affectees. Dr Misbahul Aziz, PIMA President reached Tharparkar for medical need assessment.

PIMA spokesman said in a statement that PIMA President Dr Misbahul Aziz and provincial president Dr Abdul Qadir Soomro visited District Headquarters Hospital on Saturday and met with DHO, DG Health and MS and offered PIMA assistance.

He said that a joint team of PIMA and Al-Khidmat under the supervision of Dr Khalid Mushtaq will look after the relief work in drought affected areas.

PIMA started a free medical camp in Mithi and ambulance service between Deeplo, Islam Kot and Mithi to provide emergency services.
