Karachi: A local court on Monday accepted a compromise deal between two parties in man’s murder case and acquitted two convicts. Kamran and Farheen were booked and arrested for their alleged involvement in the murder of a man, Jaseem, in September 2012. Judicial Magistrate (South) pronounced his verdict after recording final arguments from both sides. The court directed the convicts to pay Rs 50,000 to the victim family. According to the prosecution, Kamran and Farheen were alleged involved in murder of Jaseem, who was killed in Pakistan Bazaar on September 2012.
The case was registered under Sections 302 (premeditated murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code at the Pakistan bazaar police station.
