Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah telephoned Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar on Tuesday and exchanged views with him on the issue of operation against encroachments underway in the Karachi city.
According to the spokesman of Chief Minister's House, Syed Murad Ali Shah directed Mayor Karachi that heritage experts be included in the revival work of Empress Market so that it could be maintained in original shape.
The Chief Minister said that all the ancient buildings of the Karachi city will be revived in its original shape.
He expressed the determination that Karachi will be beautified to the extent that people across the world will come to visit it.
