Peshawar: Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has ordered to conduct separate inquiries at police and administration levels into the incident of the terror cinema bomb blasts near Khan Razzaq Police Station Peshawar. He made clear that after disowning this terror act by Taliban it has come evident that there were some secret hands of anti-state elements behind the terrorist activity which needed to be exposed.
He deplored that in such a crucial stage when the government and the Taliban had agreed on dialogue to resolve the issue of terrorism peacefully, only anti-state and anti peace forces could carry out such activities in order to foil the peace efforts but the Pakistani people would not let that happen because it was a fully mature nation. He directed all the concerned authorities to investigate the incident from all the possible angles, get the perpetrators soon and take effective measures to effectively check such incidents in future.
The Chief Minister announced five lakh rupees each for the heirs of these died in the incident and two lakh rupees each for the seriously injured one and directed the local administration to arrange the immediate payment of the same under shaheed package. He said that the loss of precious human life could in no way be compensated by such handful money but was just a humble effort of the government to share the griefs of the families of the victims.
