Faisalabad, December 24, 2021 (PPI-OT):Humanity is the real crux of Islam and in Pakistan minorities are enjoying all basic and fundamental rights, said Mr. Bashir Ahmad Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO). Addressing a Christmas cake cutting ceremony in FESCO headquarters, he congratulated the Christian community and said that minorities’ rights are fully protected as enshrined in the constitution of Pakistan. “Our Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH) also set examples by safeguarding the rights of the minorities”, he said and added that in Pakistan all minorities including Christians are allowed to lead their lives in according to their own religious beliefs and this practice is also being implemented in FESCO.

Pastor Sarfraz Shukat also read out a Christmas message. Later Bashir Ahmad CEO FESCO, General Manager Operation Chaudhary Muhammad Aslam and other officials along with Christian employees cut the Christmas cake. Chief Engineer Muhammad Farooq, Chief engineer development Rana Ayub, Chief Engineer P and D Mr. Itrat Hussain, Chief Financial Officer Nazir Ahmad, Director Public Relations Mr. Tahir Sheikh and other officers also participated in this function.
