Army dispatches 3 tonnes of relief goods for Thar


QUETTA: Pak Army dispatched 3 tonnes of relief goods including food stuff to drought hit people in Thar from its relief Camp here Thursday. Army has also sent cash for relief of affectees.

ISPR Sources said here today that Pak Army was engaged in relief activities in affected areas of Tharparkar such as Chachro, Dali, Islam Kot, Deeplo and Nangarparkar.

People of Balochistan with open hearts provided relief goods to the Army Relief Camp established from Nov 26, 2014. Earlier Army had provided relief goods for affectees in Waziristan. We would continue to participate in relief activities, sources added.
