QUETTA: The Government of Balochistan has issued directions for deployment of female vaccinators for COVID vaccination of female students to enhance coverage.

In a letter addressed to all Medical Superintendents (MSs), Tertiary Care Hospitals and other relevant authorities, the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department on Thursday directed the authorities to make necessary arrangements for the deployment of female staff including nurses, paramedics, technicians, dispensers, vaccinators, for the vaccination of female students and citizens in their respective COVID Vaccination Centres, Mass Vaccination Centres and Mobile Vaccination Teams in order to enhance coverage of COVID vaccination.
