State will be responsible if any ANP worker is harmed: Aymal

QUETTA: Aymal Wali Khan, President, Awami National Party (ANP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has said henceforth if anything happened to any workers of Awami National Party, the state would be responsible.

Addressing condolence reference in the honour of late Malik Obaidullah Kasi, member of central committee of Awami National Party at Quetta Press Club here on Sunday, he said that the introduction of Electronic Voting Machine for the next election was not at all acceptable. Paying glowing tributes to Malik Obaidullah Kasi, he said that Malik Obaidullah Kasi was a great leader who always adhered to the philosophy of Khan Abdul Ghafar Khan alias Bacha Khan.

He remarked, “We are not secure in our own country,” adding that henceforth if anything happened to any workers of Awami National Party, the state would be responsible. He said that Ashraf Ghani, former President of Afghanistan saved the country from possible bloodshed.

Reference was also addressed by Asghar Khan Achakzai, Parliamentary leader of ANP in Balochistan Provincial Assembly and President, ANP, Balochistan, Engineer Zamrak Khan Achskzai, Provincial Minister for Agriculture, Malik Naeem Khan Bazai, Advisor to Chief Minister for Excise and Taxation, Jamal-ud-Din Ristiya, Nazar Ali Piralizai and others. On the occasion, central leader of ANP, Malik Usman Achakzai, Sardar Rasheed Khan Nasar, Commander Khudaidad Khan and others were also present.
