ZHEN-AO Takes a Lead in the “Healthy China” Programme

Dalian, China, Sept. 21, 2016 /Xinhua-AsiaNet/– Nuclein, now known as nucleic acid, was first found in cell nucleus by the Swiss biologist Friedrich Miescher in 1868. Later, in 1953, British biophysicist Francis Crick and American biochemist James Watson discovered the double helix model of DNA structure and pushed the nuclide research to a new stage, which ushered a new era of life science.
