QUETTA: Dr Javed Akhtar, Medical Superintendent, Sandeman Provincial Hospital, Quetta Sunday said that provision of healthcare facilities to the patients in Emergency Department of SPH, Quetta be ensured.

These views were expressed by him during his visit to CCU and Emergency Department of SPH Quetta here today. During visit, he checked attendance registers of staff posted in CCU and Emergency Department, emergency medicines, reviewed cleanliness situation and healthcare facilities being provided to the patients.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that healthcare facilities to be provided to the patients in Emergency Department of SPH, Quetta be ensured. Taking notice of the absence of ACG technician, he directed the concerned authorities to serve notice on the absent ACG technician.

Meanwhile, Waqar Khursheed Alam (BCS/BS-18), Deputy Commissioner, Ziarat, has been transferred and directed to report to SandGAD while look after charge of Deputy Commissioner, Ziarat, has been assigned to Zahid Ahmed (BCS/BS-17), according to a notification issued by the Government of Balochistan, Services and General Administration Department on August 29, 2021.
